How do I cancel my subscription?

If you’d like to cancel your Hair + Me subscription but haven’t received your first month’s treatment, please email our Dermatology Support Team (hello@hairandme.com), as they’ll need to cancel your account manually.

If you have received your first month of Hair + Me, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account, selecting ‘Manage Subscription’ and then clicking ‘Cancel My Plan’
